I NEED SOMEONE TO TELL ME HOW TO DRAW GOOD FACES AND HEADS!!!

please tell a link or any kind of instructions on how to draw faces or heads OTL
i need this information!!! because these days i am drawing but i realized that i suck at drawing faces(the shape) so please

also the reason i need this is that im working on a mtr picture
and i desperatly need it,.. so i need a face and head that will look good for the cowlick and the robinsons
